All DONATIONS to CHASRO made via chasro.org are used in line with the general clauses of the CHASRO constitution.

There is no guarantee that funds donated to CHASRO will result in the desired outcomes of the CHASRO organisation as published on www.chasro.org. CHASRO will make all reasonable attempts to achieve the stated desired outcome; however, the outcome will depend on the circumstances of each case and the legal advice received by the supported Claimant and/or CHASRO, MAY also be dependent on the amount of donations received.

In the case that the case is successful and there remains a surplus of funds, then CHASRO will hold its proportion of funds donated for the future use of the CHASRO organisation in line with the CHASRO constitution. It should be emphasised that this is a DONATION, and there should not be any expectation of a refund of any unused funds made via this mechanism.

CHASRO will make its accounts available in line with its constitution and this will include each special appeal.
